The Office of the Finance Officer is responsible for the effective management and accountability of the College's financial resources. The office supports the institution’s core functions of teaching, research, and trainee services by ensuring sound financial planning, proper record keeping, and prudent utilization of funds.
Our key duties include preparation and implementation of budgets, processing of fees and payments, financial reporting, and monitoring of expenditure in accordance with approved policies and regulations. We work to maintain accurate financial records and ensure transparency, integrity, and compliance with statutory and audit requirements.
The office also guides students and staff on matters related to fees payment procedures, receipting, and financial clearance. We aim to provide timely and professional services to facilitate smooth academic and administrative operations across the College
