At a Glance: Committee Members During the Drafting of the FY 2026/2027 Performance Contract

St. Paul's Kibabii Diploma Teachers Training College (TTC) remains committed to strengthening institutional performance through the annual preparation of its Performance Contract (PC), in line with the guidelines issued by the Ministry of Education and the Teachers Service Commission (TSC). The Performance Contract serves as a strategic management tool that translates the institution's vision, mission, and strategic objectives into measurable annual performance targets.
The drafting of the FY 2026/2027 Performance Contract was undertaken by an internally constituted committee representing the college's key administrative and academic departments. The committee ensured that the document reflects institutional priorities while complying with government regulations, quality assurance standards, and public sector financial and educational accountability requirements.
The committee comprised the following members:
- Principal â Chairperson, providing overall leadership, strategic direction, and final approval of the Performance Contract.
- Dean of Curriculum â Coordinating academic performance indicators, curriculum implementation, and teaching and learning targets.
- Heads of Departments (HODs) â Representing departmental priorities, setting performance targets, and ensuring alignment with institutional strategic objectives.
- Finance Officer/Bursar â Providing financial planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and compliance with public financial management requirements.
- Quality Assurance Officer â Ensuring that the Performance Contract complies with quality standards, institutional policies, and continuous improvement frameworks.
- Performance Contract Coordinator/Planning Officer â Coordinating data collection, consolidating departmental submissions, monitoring compliance with government guidelines, and preparing the final Performance Contract document.
- Registrar/Administrative Representative â Supporting documentation, institutional records management, and administrative coordination throughout the drafting process.
The committee worked collaboratively through consultative meetings to review the previous year's achievements, identify institutional priorities, establish realistic and measurable performance indicators, and align departmental targets with the college's Strategic Plan and national education priorities.
Through this participatory approach, St. Paul's Kibabii Diploma TTC reaffirmed its commitment to transparency, accountability, efficient service delivery, and continuous institutional improvement in the implementation of the FY 2026/2027 Performance Contract.
